Ascent solutions have provided excellent support to TWC Construction for close to one year, beginning with complete upgrade of our extensive IT system. In reality, the upgrade was a complete replacement of all hardware and installation of latest devices (SAN devices, etc.) as well as reconfiguration and installation of operating system and migration of all enterprise applications and associated databases to a set of new servers that employ a virtual ware. In addition to the IT system, VoIP and teleconferencing systems were also installed. The IT upgrade included Arizona office and field locations and all remote devices. The support provided by Ascent Solutions has transitioned to full network operation and administration, including conduct of support functions (resolutions of hardware and software issues) at all locations. Ascent Solutions has performed very well during their tenure, demonstrating technical command of both the hardware and software sides.
