Nevada Heart & Vascular provides non-invasive Cardiology services in our 5 offices, local hospitals and affiliates in Las Vegas and surrounding areas. Our phone and internet services are a critical part of our business. We must be up and running 24 hours a day.
We began working with Ascent Solutions in Mid-2009. As a company we were experiencing major problems with both our voice and data services – dropped calls, poor voice quality and frequent internet outages.
Ascent started by performing a complete Telecommunications and Technology Audit of our entire network. Their Telecom team reviewed our current services, identified areas where we could consolidate, reduce costs and increase our overall quality.
In the end, we were able to increase our bandwidth 10 fold, our voice quality has dramatically improved and our costs have been reduced.
The true benefit to us….not having the headache’s and stress of having our systems down while lives were on the line. Since then we have expanded our relationship with Ascent. They are now our fulltime IT team providing everything from PC support, Network Management, Datacenter Consolidation, Backup and Disaster Recovery, Phones and Remote User Connectivity.

Not only did they deliver what they promised, they went out of the way to ascertain the we at Foothills Pediatrics, one of the largest Pediatrics groups in the valley, were equipped with equipment that will handle the ever changing computer and now phone industry.
